95% complete and accurate German translation

Hello there!

I translated the hintsgerman.txt and the german.lng file. It should be about 95% accuracy. I had minor trouble with some parts of the translation as there sometimes is no proper german translation (i.e. "Wizard" as in "Tool") or the English version did not provide me with enough material to guarantee accurady (i.e. "Engine, always works, start"). Physic related stuff such as "toe/camber/brake balance" should be accurate though. On the other hand I do not own the game - I just translated it. Therefore I do not have access to all menus which in turn means that I cannot double-check it in-game and therefore I would very much appreciate a second german to check this for me.

Ich hab die Dateien hintsgerman.txt und german.lng zu 95% übersetzt. Es gab zwar einige Probleme, so zum Beispiel "unübersetzbare" Wortelemente oder eine unzureichende englische Übersetzung, aber großteilig sollte die Übersetzung akkurat sein. Besonders bei Fachbegriffen habe ich entsprechende Vorsicht walten lassen (Radsturz/Spurwinkel etc.). Allerdings besitze ich das Spiel selbst nicht! Ich habe es nur fix übersetzt! Ich wäre euch als sehr dankbar, falls ihr die Übersetzung überprüfen könnt.
An Designfehlern kann ich leider nichts ändern, die Abmessungen der Buttons sind manchmal einfach nicht ausreichend für eine deutsche Übersetzung. Legt bei eurer Kontrolle bitte besonderen Wert auf die Physikeinstellungen - hier sind fehler viel fataler als an anderer Stelle!

Kopiert diese Dateien in das Verzeichnis XMR:\Data\Languages\>>HIER DATEIEN EINFÜGEN<<

Ihr müsst die Sprache dann im Spiel natürlich auch noch auswählen.

As I now have the full version I will make some changes and add those soon!

The german language uses a lot more commas. And I did not know that a comma in the .lng-files actually means "end of line", some parts are missing. I am going to re-check that and upload once fixed!

Edit: Here is a quickly fixed file. If you find more mistakes, just post it here please and I will fix those!
Hier ist eine verbesserte Version. Solltet ihr weitere Fehler finden, bitte tragt sie hier ein. Ich werde die entsprechenden Änderungen dann vornehmen!
