How do I get Dedi Server to run on a separate computer, as a dedicated server only, that does not have XMR installed on it, so that I can play on my computer and join it? What files do I need to copy over to allow Dedi Server to run? It does not work if I just copy Dedi Server over, and it does not work if I copy the entire XMR folder over.

You need to copy the XMR Dedi Server.exe to that PC and configure NAT (redirect TCP and UDP ports to a dedicated server/computer) if the PC is behind NAT. Then just run the XMR Dedi Server.exe and make you are able to connect to it.
