Some Ideas

- Car and Track selection with drop down menu

- Support for Animated Bodyparts (like the Wing for Porsche models or Mercedes SLR)

- Add more Color Selection for Parts ( like Main-Body-Color, Roof-Color ans maybe Rims)

- Add a Slider in Garage for Rotation of Pop-Up-Lights (open or closed) ( like Porsche 944, Mazda RX7 or MX5)

. reworked Vehicle Physic Editor (especially the Enginepower displayed Numbers für Torque [left Bottom in the Editor] and for Horsepower [right Bottom in the Editor] should be also displayed in the Game (Numbers for Torque works well), more setting that just modify the Horsepower of a Car

- a nice Particlesystem for Tire-Spin-Smoke (for nicer Burnouts or Drifts)

- add some lights (it should be possible to set some lightmarkers in the Editor to add brakelights, headlights etc not just glow meshes)

- more support for different Car-Body-Parts to change just Bodyparts (like bigger Brakes or different Muffler Type) for example: i have created a BMW 320D, wich has just a Muffer with one Tube, now i want to add a new model (new base.phs) for example the 330i this has a muffler with 2 tubes. it should be somewhere defined in the VehiclePhysics editor what model it loads for the muffler, same for brakes and rims

- Support for electrical Differentials

- ingame Decal-Suite for Cars to put some Stickers on

Some of these features are implemented. I hope to release it today.

Is there something in behind the scenes work on the game?

- like a ingame decal shop for cars

- custom rims on cars (rim shop ingame, abustable size and offset for rims)

- finally a working online mode with working races and removed lags? (shift2 working great online without lags but with skype and webradio turned on) dunno what xmr uses in the online mode but its prett rubbish

- real lights

and to be honest eugene, why the hell u setted the price back to 50 dollars? i cant understand that? if u look around in this forum nobody is working on this game anymore. u should react NOW to get it back to life! lower the price again setup and german forum section. sorry i dont want to insult u personally, but wake up!

maybe u should aks here http://games.reveur.de/ for an actrile about xmr to make it more public. but as the situation is now its unacceptable! we testet it 2 days a server was open for multiplayer and NO ONE joined. eugene again, pls wake up! the game has so much potential u can make the gran tursimo for pc out of it. but not with a price of 50 dollars for 2-3 track and just fictive cars! i know it have to do with licensing, but then u have to lower the price! i now we can use mods to make the game realic with cars and tracks, but to be honest u cant get money for mods that other people made for other game and not for the work other people does with convertig them to xmr. this are just my words, but look around its reality

I’m working on the real-time soft shadows and improved lighting model. But I have to create and debug many shaders (hope less than a hundred). I don’t know how much time it can take.

As to the price. I lowered the price for Pro for several days only. Hope to add a standard license for 30 USD today with some limitations.

that would be great. atm i try to do some advertising on some forums i know. maybe u can add a gift code to the payment thingy that is aviable for 30 dollars or something.

the realtime shadows finaly they will come!

how about the online mode? can u change something that it will run without lags? or that the racing sessions will work (now we are just able to practice

and how about all the other features like lighs, decals, aftermrket rims or an ingame auctions house?

and the tire smoke is quite funny it doesnt appear when u are drifting :D

Did you try NFS and XMR on the same server?
The lags depend on the server/connection.
I can suggest to increase latency/smoothness value up to 2 or 3 and try online.

The lights and new lighting model is the same. So, hope to add them asap.

As to the decals, aftermrket rims or an ingame auctions house...after new shadows only.
The real-time shadows are more important now.

i got a 10 mbit connection and the smoothness/latency is on 4. it works but if u drive really near behind an other car it lags and we always crash our cars :D

i dunno i gues shift2 run a own server, not as xmr where one of the players is the server
